Leaders in Community is a youth-led charity founded by a group of active local young people from Tower Hamlets.
We were set up in 2006 by young adults who wanted to improve their local services.

Over the years we have helped thousands of young people by giving them access to our creative youth work and career learning programmes and volunteering opportunities.

Aimed at empowering young people in leadership, governance and skills for life, our programmes run throughout the year and are free for all young people.

Our vision and mission is to help young people in Tower Hamlets remove the internal and external barriers to education, employment and entrepreneurship success.
